Description
The NEW (Nina Elise Workouts) Guide is a 3-month workout program that combines a 3-point process of change, including Mind, Emotions, and Body.
This guide is specially created to help you lose weight, get strong, learn about mindful eating, and have a more positive mindset in a short amount of time!
The NEW Body Guide is set up in 3 stages:
Month 1: GET SLIM
Completing HIIT workouts, you will perform 6-7 exercises for 30-40 seconds, resting for 20-30 seconds. Each workout take only 25 minutes of your time and will leave you sweating! Month 1 HIIT workouts will slim your body and keep you burning calories long after your workout is over.
Month 2: GET STRONG
Completing circuits with bands, bodyweight, and weights, you go through 6-8 exercises, completing 3-4 rounds. Month 2 circuit training will strengthen your body, building more muscle in order to burn more fat!
Month 3: REFINE
Month 3 is a combination of HIIT & circuit workouts. The exercises get harder, the reps increase, and you’ll notice your body toning up more & more everyday!

I love NEW!! I’ve tried so many different programs and workouts (Kayla, bootybuilding, cardio), and this is my favorite so far. I love that the first month starts out easier and provides modifications, then progressively gets harder. The exercises are diverse, and I never get sick of the workouts.
The Mind guide has also been a really amazing part of this program – I’ve never really thought about my self-talk or questioned why I worked out – it was all because I didn’t like my body and thought I would be accepted if I was skinny or fit.
